We proudly ship worldwide to approximately 146 countries. Availability of shipping may vary depending on destination, local regulations, customs restrictions, and carrier limitations.

If we are unable to ship to your location after an order is placed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Estimated delivery time: 4-7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

NewBayMall is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges caused by customs authorities.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for reshipment delays or additional shipping costs.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Government actions

Such delays do not qualify for refunds solely due to late delivery.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date with supporting information.

We will review each case and work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.
